Non-material changes to tariffs |

The Commission received an application by Cogeco Cable Canada Inc. (Cogeco), dated 10 September 2004, to revise the tariff for Third Party Internet Access service (TPIA Tariff) item 101, Section 1, Description of Service, in order to reflect Cogeco's reorganization which became effective 1 September 2004. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission notes that these revisions will have no impact on rates or services provided. |

The Commission approves Cogeco's application.The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order. |

5. |
Cogeco is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect the change. |
