Individual business line rates and urban residential individual line rates |

The Commission received an application by The Corporation of the Town of Cochrane Municipal Telephone System (Cochrane), dated 21 July 2004, to revise item 4, Rate Schedules for Primary Exchange (Local) Service, under section 100 of its General Tariff in order to increase its individual business line rates from $36.00 to $39.00, and its urban residential individual line rate from $19.80 to $20.75. |

In a letter dated 30 September 2004, Cochrane requested the Commission's approval to withdraw its application in order to re-evaluate their business rate. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Cochrane's request to withdraw its application. |
