The Commission received an application by MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream), dated 7 September 2004, to revise Supplementary Tariff Special Services and Facilities item 5100, Channels for Occasional Radio Program Service; item 5500, Channels for Interexchange Voice Grade Facilities; and item 5600, Channel Charges, in order to destandardize interexchange analogue private line services between exchanges in Manitoba and the United States, connected at the international border crossing point. |

Specifically, MTS Allstream proposed to discontinue the availability of these channels for any new installations and to discontinue the availability of these channels for any additions, moves, rearrangements or other changes associated with any existing installations. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves MTS Allstream's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
