The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 20 July 2004 and amended on 19 August 2004, to revise the former TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. General Tariff sections 2.21 and 5.03, in order to specify the service charges that would apply to its Datamédia and Multiflex services. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves TCI's application.The revisions take effect as of 21 October 2004. |
