Non-material changes to tariffs

1.

The Commission received an application by Amtelecom Inc. (Amtelecom), dated 11 August 2004 and amended on 17 August 2004, to revise its General Tariff, in order to withdraw all references to multi-party services including two- and four-party and to include the new central office code 779 in the Aylmer exchange.

2.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission notes that these revisions will have no material impact on rates or services provided.

4.

The Commission approves Amtelecom's application.The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
