The Commission received an application by MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream), dated 11 August 2004, to revise Supplementary Tariff - Special Services and Facilities item 5600, Channel Charges, in order to destandardize half duplex local data channels for new installations as the associated terminal equipment is no longer available. |

The company submitted that only a small number of customers subscribe to half duplex local data channels. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

4. |
The Commission considers that Note 3 in the proposed tariff is not clear and directs MTS Allstream to change the wording to: "No longer available for new installations." |

5. |
The Commission approves with changes MTS Allstream's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
