Commission's analysis and determination |
|||
6. |
In Regulatory framework for the small incumbent telephone companies, Decision CRTC 2001-756, 14 December 2001 (Decision 2001-756), the Commission assigned the services in question to the fourth price cap basket. In that Decision, the Commission determined that the rates for such services would generally be permitted to increase up to any already approved rate for the same service.
7. |
The Commission finds that the proposed rates are below or equal to previously approved rates for the same or similar services and, therefore, are in accordance with Decision 2001-756.
8. |
The Commission approves BMTS's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
9. |
BMTS is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith.
