Corporate name change

1.

The Commission received an application by O.N.Telcom, dated 22 July 2004, to revise its General Tariff to reflect a change of the company name from O.N.Telcom to Ontera.

2.

O.N.Telcom proposed to replace the existing company name on each individual tariff page with the new company name when the individual tariff pages are filed with the Commission during the normal tariff notice process that is used to file applications for changes to existing tariff pages.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Ontera's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
