Telecommunications Interconnection and Settlement Agreement


The Commission received an application by O.N.Telcom, dated 23 January 2004, for approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Telecommunications Interconnection and Settlement Agreement (the agreement) between O.N.Telcom and Bell Canada.


The Commission notes that O.N.Telcom filed Amendment No. 1 dated 6 February 2004 to the agreement in confidence and that the company did not provide an abridged version of that document for the public record.


The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.


The Commission approves O.N.Telcom's application.
