Equal Access Pool Administration Process Agreement |

The Commission received an application by NorthernTel, Limited Partnership (NorthernTel), dated 4 March 2004, for approval of the Equal Access Pool Administration Process Agreement (the agreement) between NorthernTel, The Corporation of the Town of Cochrane Municipal Telephone System, O.N.Telcom and Bell Canada, filed pursuant to O.N.Telcom - Implementation of toll competition and related matters, Decision CRTC 2001-583, 13 September 2001 (Decision 2001-583). |

The agreement covers the provision of equal access conversation minutes to the administrator to allow for the redistribution of equal access revenues in accordance with Decision 2001-583. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves NorthernTel's application. |
