The Commission received an application by EastLink, dated 5 May 2004, to revise General Tariff item 403.6, Interconnection with Wireless Service Providers - Line-Side Access, in order to reduce the monthly charge per activated telephone number in Nova Scotia from $0.0566 to $0.0300. EastLink also requested that the proposed rate be effective 10 November 2003. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission notes that the rates in EastLink's tariff are interim. Therefore, the Commission finds that EastLink's proposal to approve the rate reduction retroactive to 10 November 2003 is reasonable. |

The Commission approves on an interim basis EastLink's application. The revisions take effect as of 10 November 2003. |

5. |
EastLink is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect this change. |
