Direct Connection rates |

The Commission received an application by EastLink, dated 7 January 2004 and amended on 23 February 2004, to revise General Tariff item 302, Trunk-side Access, in order to reflect the adjustments made to the incumbent local exchange carriers' Direct Connection rates approved in Direct Connection service, Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-83, 17 December 2003. |

The Commission approves on an interim basis EastLink's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
