Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers |

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 19 December 2003, for approval of Appendix 18 of Schedule C to the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between TCI and Bell Canada. |

The proposed Appendix 18 of Schedule C describes the trunking arrangements for local interconnection between the two companies in the Ontario exchange of Streetville. |

3. |
The Commission notes that TCI filed the appendix in confidence stating that the release of this information would provide competitors with sensitive network configuration information. |

4. |
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
|
5. |
The Commission approves TCI's application. |
