The Commission received an application by MTS Allstream Inc., dated 21 June 2004, to revise MTS Communications Inc.'s General Tariff items 1, Name Change, and 100, Definitions, in order to reflect a change of the company name from MTS Communications Inc. to MTS Allstream Inc. |

MTS Allstream Inc. proposed to replace the existing company names that are on each individual tariff page with the new company name when the individual tariff pages are filed with the Commission during the normal tariff notice process that is used to file applications for changes to existing tariff pages. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves MTS Allstream Inc.'s application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
