OC-192 Wavelength Service

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 12 December 2003, to revise its Special Facilities Tariff item 687, OC-192 Wavelength Service, proposing service features and technology that differ from those covered by the General Tariff. TCI submitted that this service satisfied the conditions applicable to a type 1 customer specific arrangement as contemplated by Review of regulatory framework, Telecom Decision CRTC 94-19, 16 September 1994, and Bundling framework developed for customer-specific arrangements, Order CRTC 2000-425, 19 May 2000.

The Commission approved on an interim basis the application in OC-192 Wavelength Service, Telecom Order CRTC 2004-16, 12 January 2004.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves on a final basis TCI's application.
