Amendment related to the application of termination charges

1.

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TELUS Québec), dated 15 June 2004, to revise the following General Tariff items in order to incorporate clauses into the conditions of service to reflect how the company will apply termination charges to a customer who discontinues the service before the end of the minimum contract period.
 
  • item 2.08, Public Telephone Service;
 
  • item 2.13, Centrex Service - Business;
 
  • item 2.18, Centrex Plus Service;
 
  • item 5.01, Digital Network Services;
 
  • item 2.20, SmartTouch Service;
 
  • item 4.11, Full-Time Broadcast Quality Video Transmission Service; and
 
  • item 5.05, Integrated Services Digital Network - Primary Rate Interface Service.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission approves TELUS Québec's application. The revisions take effect as of 16 August 2004.
