Billing and collection services agreement

1.

The Commission received an application by Le Téléphone de St-Éphrem inc. (St-Éphrem), dated 11 June 2004, for approval of the Billing and Collection Services agreement between St-Éphrem and the eligible service providers.

2.

St-Éphrem noted that the wording of the agreement is identical to the wording set out in the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee template agreement. The company also noted that the rates for billing and collection service have been approved by the Commission in Interexchange service providers, Telecom Order CRTC 2004-140, 28 April 2004.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves St-Éphrem's application.
