Bell Canada

Channel discounts - Telpak

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 9 June 2004, to withdraw General Tariff item 3770, Channel Discounts (Telpak), volume discounts associated with TransCanada interexchange voice grade channels.

2.

Bell Canada noted that it had no customers that qualified for the discounts being withdrawn.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
