The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 9 June 2004, to withdraw General Tariff item 3770, Channel Discounts (Telpak), volume discounts associated with TransCanada interexchange voice grade channels. |

Bell Canada noted that it had no customers that qualified for the discounts being withdrawn. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
|
4. |
The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
