  Reference: 8340-N1-200406018

Telecommunications interconnection and services agreement

The Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel), dated 27 May 2004, for approval of the Telecommunications Interconnection and Services agreement between Northwestel and Bell West Inc.

The Commission notes that Northwestel filed the application in confidence and did not provide an abridged version for the public record stating that this information would provide the company's competitors with an undue competitive advantage and would harm contract negotiations between parties to this agreement.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves Northwestel's application.
