Bell Canada

Digital transmission facilities

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 3 June 2004, to revise Special Facilities Tariff item D36, Digital Transmission Facilities - DS-1, in order to provide a DS-1 facility in the non-serving area of St-Mathieu, Quebec.

2.

Bell Canada submitted that the customer concurs with the proposed monthly rate and service charge. Bell Canada noted that the arrangement was designed specifically for this customer and was being filed as a special facilities tariff due to limited anticipated demand.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
