Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers |

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 4 June 2004, for approval of Appendices 19, 20 and 21 of Schedule C to the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between TCI and Bell Canada. |

The proposed Appendices 19, 20 and 21 describe the trunking arrangements for local interconnection between the two companies in the Ontario exchanges of Thornhill, Burlington and Galt, respectively. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission notes that TCI filed the appendices in confidence stating that the release of this information would provide competitors with sensitive network configuration information. |

The Commission approves TCI's application. |
