Non-material changes to tariffs |

The Commission received an application by Téléphone Guèvremont inc. (Guèvremont), dated 24 December 2003 and amended on 23 April 2004 and 28 May 2004, in order to renumber several General Tariff items and to remove references that no longer apply. |

Guèvremont also proposed to delete Article 1.2.6 as the two-party and four-party telephone services are no longer available in the company's territory. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission notes that these revisions will have no material impact on rates or services provided. |

The Commission approves Guèvremont's application.The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
6. |
Guèvremont is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes. |
