Bell Canada

Custom-designed arrangement

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 3 June 2004, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item B102, United States (US) Telephone - Relay Service, in order to provide a customer contact centre relay operator to interact with a US caller and request the required destination telephone number from the calling party.

2.

Bell Canada indicated that the rate was developed on an individual basis and is based on the costs incurred to provide the service.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
