Agreement to provide support for 9-1-1 service |

The Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel), dated 21 May 2004, for approval of an agreement to provide support for 9-1-1 service for the Peace River Regional District between Northwestel and the Peace River Regional District. |

The agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which Northwestel will fulfill its obligations to provide trunking facilities, interface facilities, customer name and address information, and other related 9-1-1 services for the provisioning of emergency calling service to Northwestel's customers in the Peace River Regional District. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
4. |
The Commission approves Northwestel's application. |
