Sogetel inc.

Two- and four-party line service

1.

The Commission received an application by Sogetel inc. (Sogetel), dated 9 December 2003, to withdraw item 1.2.6, Two- and Four-Party Line Service, under section 1.2 of its General Tariff as the service is no longer offered by the company.

2.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission approves Sogetel's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

4.

Sogetel is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change.
