The Commission received an application by Sogetel inc. (Sogetel), dated 9 December 2003, to withdraw item 1.2.6, Two- and Four-Party Line Service, under section 1.2 of its General Tariff as the service is no longer offered by the company. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

3. |
The Commission approves Sogetel's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |

4. |
Sogetel is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change. |
