The Commission received an application by MTS Communications Inc. (MTS), dated 21 May 2004, to revise General Tariff item 1600, Directory Listings, proposing non-material wording changes and additions to the existing tariff. The proposed changes would provide customers and MTS's sales and administrative staff with clarification on the terms and conditions and the application of rates for directory listings.

MTS further proposed to add, also for clarification purposes, the following sentences to item 1600.4.E, Extra Listings:

Extra listings are provided where the customer's telephone service is also used for facsimile or data services or is associated with Internet service, and the customer wishes to clearly identify this use to callers. The listing showing the specific use and primary listing telephone number or Internet address is indented under the primary listing.

3.

In addition, MTS proposed to specify in item 1600.5, Business Extra Listings, that business extra listings can be provided "in the form of special instructions to calling persons, other than those previously described".

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

5.

The Commission notes that these revisions will have no impact on rates.
