The Commission received an application by MTS Communications Inc. (MTS), dated 27 April 2004, to introduce Supplementary Tariff Special Assemblies item 17550, Customer-Provided Equipment Co-Located in Fort Rouge Central Office, for a number of specific customers. MTS also requested approval of the Central Office License Agreement. |

MTS noted that this Special Assembly service provides the customers with the use of central office space, associated power and environmental conditioning for the co-location of specific customer-provided equipment in MTS's Fort Rouge central office. MTS also noted that the service would be available for an initial term of one year and is extendable for successive terms of one year each. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves MTS's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
