Non-material changes to tariffs |

The Commission received an application by Le Téléphone de St-Éphrem inc. (St-Éphrem), dated 20 November 2003 and amended on 5 December 2003, in order to remove the following references to a number of General Tariff items: equipment for persons with disabilities; terminal equipment no longer subject to regulation; toll charges; and the Régie des télécommunications du Québec, its previous regulator. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission notes that these revisions will have no material impact on rates or services provided. |

The Commission approves St-Éphrem's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
|
5. |
St-Éphrem is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes. |
