Billing and collection service |

The Commission received an application by Prince Rupert City Telephones (CityTel), dated 4 May 2004, to add pages 2-24 and 2-25, Billing and Collection Service - Type 2, to section 2 of its General Tariff. |

This service will allow CityTel to bill and collect on behalf of the competitive interexchange carriers or resellers for casual calls and calls charged to a line not pre-subscribed to the carrier handling the call. |

CityTel indicated that the proposed tariff rates were identical to those approved for the Canadian Alliance of Publicly-Owned Telecommunications Systems in Telecom Order CRTC 2002-166, 18 April 2002. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves CityTel's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
6. |
CityTel is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes. |
