Digital transmission facilities |

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 29 April 2004, to introduce Special Facilities Tariff item D36(hh), Digital Transmission Facilities - DS-1, in order to provide a DS-1 digital facility between the customer's premises in Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil, Quebec, located in the operating territory of Téléphone Guèvremont, and Bell Canada's central office in Drummondville, Quebec. |

Bell Canada indicated that the rate was developed on an individual basis and the customer concurred with the proposed monthly rate and service charge. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of the order. |
