The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 5 April 2004, to revise General Tariff item 215.5, Centrex Call Center Service, in order to increase its Centrex Per Agent Service monthly rates in New Brunswick as follows: |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

In Regulatory framework for second price cap period, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-34, 30 May 2002, the Commission imposed no price cap constraints on uncapped services. In that decision, Centrex services are classified as uncapped services. |

The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
