Telecom Order CRTC 2004-157

  Ottawa, 7 May 2004

TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc.

  Reference: 8340-T69-200403353

Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers

The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (TELUS Québec), dated 29 March 2004, for approval of a revised Schedule C of the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between TELUS Québec and Bell Canada.

The revised Schedule C sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of local interconnection facilities between TELUS Québec's and Bell Canada's networks.

TELUS Québec filed the revised Schedule C in confidence stating that the release of this information would provide competitors with sensitive network configuration information. TELUS Québec did not provide an abridged version of that document for the public record stating that it would not be of meaningful assistance to potential interveners in formulating comments.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves TELUS Québec's application.
