The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 3 December 2003, to revise Maritime Tel & Tel Limited General Tariff item 780.4(j), Centrex Business Service, in order to reduce the rate for Large Centrex Message Manager Mailbox in Nova Scotia for business customers with more than 7500 Centrex lines from $5.69 to $4.60. |

Aliant Telecom provided an imputation test in support of the proposed tariff revisions. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission is satisfied that the proposed tariff revisions meet the imputation test. |

5. |
The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of 16 January 2004. |
