  Reference: Tariff Notice 30

Interexchange service providers

1.

The Commission received an application by La Compagnie de Téléphone de St-Victor (St-Victor), dated 22 March 2004, to introduce rates, terms and conditions to the interconnection of interexchange service providers in sections 4.1 to 4.8 of its General Tariff. St-Victor also proposed to move sections 7.1 and 7.2 to section 4.6, Billing and Collection tariff.

2.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission notes that the rates and charges in sections 4.1 to 4.8 have already been approved in Order CRTC 2001-669, 20 August 2001, for Société d'administration des tariffs d'accès des télécommunicateurs, other than the rates in section 4.6 which were approved for St-Victor in Telecom Order CRTC 99-1228, 23 December 1999.

4.

The Commission approves St-Victor's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.

5.

St-Victor is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
