The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 2 February 2004, to revise General Tariff item 304, Business Value Bundle, in order to update the Business Value Bundle monthly rates, specific to the local line component only, to maintain appropriate rate parities relative to the local line rate changes approved as part of the 2002 and 2003 annual Price Cap filings. |

TCI filed an imputation test in support of its application. TCI filed a revised imputation test on 16 March 2004. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission finds that the imputation test is satisfactory. |
|
5. |
The Commission approves TCI's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
