The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 14 October 2003 and amended on 17 March 2004, to revise General Tariff item 100, Definitions, and item 618, Resale and Sharing, in order to provide a distinction between an Aliant Telecom affiliate and a customer affiliate, pursuant to the Commission's directives in Regulatory safeguards with respect to incumbent affiliates, bundling by Bell Canada and related matters, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-76, 12 December 2002. |

Aliant Telecom also proposed to consolidate certain definitions pertaining to NBTel Inc. General Tariff item 10, Definitions, and NewTel Communications Inc. General Tariff item 20, Definitions, into Aliant Telecom's General Tariff Definitions section. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
4. |
The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
