The Commission received an application by Bell Canada filed on behalf of itself, Aliant Telecom Inc. and MTS Communications Inc., dated 19 March 2004, to revise the National Services Tariff items 310, High Capacity 45 Service, and 311, Bandwidth Data Service, in order to withdraw these services as there are no customers for these services. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
