Prince Rupert City Telephones

Non-material changes to tariffs

1.

The Commission received an application by Prince Rupert City Telephones (CityTel), dated 3 March 2004, to revise its General Tariff as follows:
 
  • Section 9-8, item 7, Extension Station Service, paragraph B - remove the reference to two-party and multi-party (as there are no two-party or multi-party lines);
 
  • Section 9-9, item 7, paragraphs C and D - remove the residential main station rate per month and service charge (due to inability to track customer's owner installed extensions) and remove the reference to multi-lines and wording that no longer applies; and
 
  • Section 9-10, item 7, paragraph D - remove items (f) and (g) as this information is covered in section 5.2.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission notes that these revisions will have no material impact on rates or services provided.

4.

The Commission approves CityTel's application.The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.
