The Commission received an application by Cogeco Cable Inc. (Cogeco), dated 10 March 2004, to revise the following General Tariff items: |

- item 201, Compensation for Traffic Termination |
|
- item 202, Basic Listing Interchange File |
|
|
|
- item 302, Trunk-side Access |
|
- item 303, Network Announcements for Customers of Disconnected IXSPs with Trunk-side Access |
|
- item 304, Bulk Transfer of End-Customer Base Between IXSPs |
|
- item 305, Billing and Collection Service; and |
|
|
|
- item 402, Trunk-side Access |
|
- item 403, Line-side Access |

2. |
Cogeco indicated that the proposed tariff revisions were identical to those contained in the Competitive Local Exchange Carrier Model Tariff, Version 21. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
4. |
The Commission approves on an interim basis Cogeco's application. The revisions take effect 1 June 2003. |
5. |
Cogeco is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes. |
