Studio to transmitter service |

The Commission received an application by MTS Communications Inc. (MTS), dated 2 March 2004, to add Supplementary Tariff - Special Assemblies item 17140, Studio to Transmitter Service, in order to provide a specific customer with an 8 kHz mono radio loop from the customer's studio to the transmitter. |

MTS submitted that this special assembly was developed for the specific requirements of the customer and is not available through the Company's tariffs. MTS added that the rates were developed on an individual basis and that the customer agreed with the proposed rates, terms, and conditions of the five-year contract. |

MTS noted that a costing summary was not provided as the proposed monthly rate does not exceed $2,000. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves MTS's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
