Reference: Tariff Notice 6795 | |
High speed metro and OC-12 services |
|
1. |
The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 20 February 2004, to withdraw Special Facilities Tariff item D73 in order to remove reference to a customer-specific service arrangement for High Speed Metro (HSM) service and OC-12 service. |
2. |
Bell Canada indicated that since the dates on which the Commission approved the Special Facilities Tariff and the General Tariff HSM service were close in proximity, the customer opted for the General Tariff over the Special Facilities Tariff. As such, Bell Canada indicated that there were no customers tariffed under the Special Facilities Tariff being withdrawn. |
3. |
The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
4. |
The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
