On 20 August 2004 , The Responsive Marketing Group Inc., Univision Marketing Group Inc., and Xentel DM Incorporated (The Responsive Marketing Group et al) filed an application pursuant to Part VII of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure to review and vary Decision 2004-35.

An answer to the above noted application was filed by Aliant Telecom Inc., Bell Canada, Northern Tel, Limited Partnership, Northwestel , Saskatchewan Telecommunications and Télébec, societe en commandite (The Companies) on 20 September 2004.

By letter dated 29 September 2004 , counsel representing The Responsive Marketing Group et al stated that it was unable to meet the 30 September 2004 filing deadline for a Reply as stipulated by the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure and requested an extension to at least 13 October 2004.

The Responsive Marketing Group et al may file its Reply with the Commission, serving copies on interested parties in the Distribution List by 13 October 2004.
