Mr. Willie Grieve Re: Part VII Application by PIAC regarding basic toll rate disclosure by ILECs This is further to PIAC's (the Applicant) letter to the Commission dated 28 June 2004 indicating that it has withdrawn its application in the above-noted matter. This letter shall serve to advise the Applicant and Aliant Telecom Inc., Bell Canada, MTS Communications Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications, TELUS Communications Inc. (collectively, the Respondents) that the matter has formally been withdrawn from the agenda of the oral hearing scheduled for 16 July 2004.
