Mr. John Rattray Re: Part VII Application against Bruce Power - Local exchange service in an Independent Telephone company's serving territory This is further to Bruce Municipal Telephone System's (the Applicant) letter to the Commission dated 25 June 2004 indicating that it has withdrawn its application in the above-noted matter. This letter shall serve to advise the Applicant and Bruce Power and Ontario Power Generation (collectively, the Respondents) that the matter has formally been withdrawn from the agenda of the oral hearing scheduled for 28 June 2004 .
