This is further to WorldCom Canada Ltd.'s, carrying on business as MCI Canada, (the Applicant) letter to the Commission dated 25 June 2004 indicating that it has withdrawn its application in the above-noted matter.   This letter shall serve to advise the Applicant and Bell Canada (the Respondent) that the matter has formally been withdrawn from the agenda of the oral hearing scheduled for 28 June 2004.   In addition, the Commission shall close the file on this Application.
