Re: Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2003-10, Amendments to Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2003-8, Review of price floor safeguards for retail tariffed services and related issues, 8 December 2003 (PN 2003-10) - Remaining Procedure

In its letter dated 16 April 2004, Commission staff indicated that it would provide a revised process for the remaining phase of the Public Notice 2003-10 proceeding. In separate letters dated 23 April 2004, Commission staff issued supplemental interrogatories to certain parties and requested those parties to file responses, serving copies on all parties, by 14 May 2004. The supplemental interrogatories were issued to:

. Aliant Telecom Inc., Bell Canada, MTS Communications Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications, and Télébec, société en commandité (collectively "The Companies")
. TELUS Communications Inc. and TELUS Communications (Québec) Inc. (collectively "TELUS")
. Allstream Corp. and Call-Net Enterprises Inc. (collectively "The Competitors")
. Canadian Cable Television Association
. Rogers Communication Inc., and
. LondonConnect Inc.

This letter is to inform the parties as to the remaining procedure for this proceeding.

1. Parties may file final argument with the Commission, serving a copy on all other parties, by 28 May 2004.

2. Parties may file final reply comments with the Commission, serving a copy on all other parties, by 11 June 2004.

All documents must actually be received, not merely sent, by the dates indicated.
