This letter deals with the request for the disclosure of confidential information referred to in paragraph 6 of the comments filed by XIT Télécom on 7 November 2003 with respect to the above proceeding.

Commission staff note that the information requested by XIT Télécom was placed on the public record by Télébec in the abridged version of its application filed on 17 December 2003. Under the circumstances, there is no need for Télébec to file additional information regarding the XIT Télécom request.
