Dear Sir or Madam,

On 11 December 2003 the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) issued Telecom Circular 2003-1Telecommunications industry data collection: updating of CRTC registration lists, telecommunications fees, Canadian contribution mechanism fund administration, international licences and monitoring of the Canadian telecommunications industry (enclosed).

In addition to being posted on the CRTC's website, copies of this circular were sent, by e-mail, to companies on our existing lists. We are enclosing a copy of the Circular because the e-mail sent to your company has been returned to us.

Paragraph 21 of the circular states the deadline for submission of Response Manager Information is 14 January 2004. This information will facilitate the efficiency of future communication with the CRTC. If you have not already done so, please provide the information required, i.e. your Response Manager Information.
