Re: A-Channel Production Fund Report Pursuant to Decision CRTC 2002-304

Dear Mr. Pernal:

This is to advise that the Commission accepts Craig Media Inc.'s A-Channel Production Fund Report for the 2002/2003 Broadcast Year, filed 28 August 2003 pursuant to Licence renewals for four Craig television stations, Decision CRTC 2002-304, 11 October 2002.

This is also to advise that the Commission grants your request to treat as confidential, the contracts with the independent producers that were submitted with the A-Channel Production Fund Report.

The Report will be placed on the Commission website and Craig's public examination file.
