The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to change the authorized contours of the transmitter authorized in Addition of a transmitter of CBK-FM at Prince Albert, Decision CRTC 2000-305, 10 August 2000, as a result of a decrease of the effective radiated power from 24,980 watts to 20,000 watts. |

The Commission reminds the licensee that, pursuant to section 22(1) of the Broadcasting Act, this authority will only be effective when the Department of Industry notifies the Commission that its technical requirements have been met, and that a broadcasting certificate will be issued. |
